At Zupper, we aim to provide fast, safe, and reliable shipping to all our buyers. To achieve this, we carry out inspections, ensure quality packaging, partner with top courier and logistics providers, and keep our customers informed at every stage of the shipping process.

Shipping Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. In case of high order volumes or unfavourable weather conditions, shipments may face slight delays. We request you to allow additional time for delivery during such instances. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.


Delivery Timeline:

We deliver within India (PAN India) only. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times mentioned on the website or product page are estimates. The actual delivery time depends on product availability, your delivery address, and the courier company’s policies.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation SMS/email containing your tracking number. The tracking details will be active within 24-48 hours. You can also check your order status under the ‘My Orders’ section on the Zupper app for real-time updates.


Shipping Address:

We can only process one shipping address per order. If you want items delivered to multiple addresses, please treat them as separate orders.


Shipping Charges:

The shipping fee for your order will be displayed in the cart before checkout. The fee is calculated based on the estimated weight and delivery location of the products, and GST will be applied as per applicable rules.

 


Damages:

If your shipment arrives damaged, you can file a claim. Zupper will review the inputs from the seller, buyer, and courier company to resolve the issue. The decision made by Zupper will be final and binding.


Return to Origin (RTO):

If our courier partner cannot deliver your order within the stipulated time, the shipment will be returned to us (RTO). For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds are not applicable for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
