As an Operations & Supply Chain Executive at Zupper, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of orders across our BlendCommerce platform. You will coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, internal teams, and customers to ensure timely order fulfilment, smooth operational workflows, and exceptional service delivery. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will prepare MIS reports, monitor key operational metrics, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Coordinate end-to-end order processing, from order confirmation to successful delivery.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely order acceptance, dispatch, and fulfilment.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on orders, deliveries, inventory, and operational performance.
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with Category, Market Development, Customer Support, and Finance teams to ensure seamless order execution.
• Resolve operational issues related to suppliers, logistics, and customer orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and reports.
• Support inventory planning, stock reconciliation, and supply chain coordination whenever required.
• Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and continuously recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, E-commerce, or Order Management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, and data analysis.
• Good understanding of MIS reporting and operational dashboards.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
