Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Seller Growth Specialist to drive our supply-side growth in Tiruppur. You’ll manage relationships with apparel and textile suppliers, coordinate operations and logistics, and drive category growth through promotions and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new sellers/manufacturers from Tiruppur’s apparel and textile ecosystem.
- Build long-term relationships with existing suppliers to improve engagement and order consistency.
- Manage end-to-end seller operations product listings, pricing updates, order flow, and catalogue hygiene.
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfilment teams for smooth pickups, timely deliveries, and issue resolution.
- Plan and execute seller-level promotions and category growth initiatives with the central team.
- Track seller performance metrics (GMV, fill rate, order frequency) and drive improvements via data and feedback.
- Stay updated on Tiruppur’s local market trends, supplier needs, and product demand.
- Ensure compliance with Zupper’s operational and quality standards at all times.
Who You Are
- Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in B2B, eCommerce, or textile trade (experience with Meesho, GlowRoad, or Udaan preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English/Hindi.
- On-ground hustler with a problem-solving attitude and passion for growth.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment; takes ownership of outcomes.
- Good understanding of the local textile supply ecosystem and basic operations flow.
